He was punctual to the appointment and based on his questions and suggestions I knew he would do a great job. His work is excellent and executes at an extremely high professional level. He provided a project timeline over and gave periodic status reports on the progress of work. The final product was exquisite; it has inspired me to do more home projects. Manuel did a beautiful job in restoring a very tired bathroom. Our tub was leaking and he managed to change it out for a new tub and was able to do that without damage to the tile on the wall. He is a painter, and an electrician and a plumber and he does it all so well. We highly recommend Manuel! He will not disappoint you!

Manuel is nothing less than exceptional! He is meticulous and takes his time. He and his crew just finished up painting the entire 1st floor of my condo to include 3 stairwells...they were finished in 3 days. Manuel fixed and prepped the walls for painting...always covered everything in plastic. I recommend him for any project that you are thinking about having completed...he can do it all! He was on time and communicated throughout the entire project. *He also took down and installed new lighting for me back in August. Again, he took his time and was professional, courteous, and kept in constant communication.

Manuel, of home Repair Skills, recently painted our deck and wallpapered a single wall in our powder room. He did a great prep (power wash, repair, etc) and paint job on our deck. He was very efficient and worked steadily to complete the job in a short time. We recommend Manuel and will happily be in contact with him for future work on our home.

Manuel and his guys got my house in excellent shape to sell with paint, carpet, landscape and plumbing repair. They started the day after I got my estimate. I thought it would take several weeks, but they were done in about 1 week! I couldn’t have been happier with their work. I just called him again to remove a wasp nest! He can do anything! They came to evaluate and consider the best approach. They sent me a proposal and I chose them to do the work. What I like about the process and the work performed is that they were very professional and consciously kept me well informed at each step (even if traffic caused them to be just a few minutes past the estimated arrival time). I was very impressed and will certainly use them again for other projects.
